Daniel started his career as a derivatives proprietary trader in London in 2006 at Marex Financial.
Trading a variety of derivative and cash equity products he gained valuable experience in risk management and trade execution over a successful 5 year period.
He gained an MSTA in Technical Analysis whilst studying at the London School of Economics in 2007 before moving into stockbroking in 2011 at Alexander David Securities.
In 2013, he was headhunted with Nick Josh, moving to Cornhill Capital to set up a new stockbroking team where he is now Head of Sales Trading.
An experienced and professional institutional and private client investment manager, James has extensive experience managing private client portfolios and advising on and trading most financial instruments, specialising specifically in cash equities, derivatives and ETP’s. James has managed and delivered successful placings for many listed AiM companies, helping develop and grow several young businesses. He has introduced and managed many capital fund raisings for SME’s at both pre IPO and IPO level, on most occasions successfully introducing these companies to a listing on a recognised exchange, or trade sale.

Lewis started his career in the City, trading for a fund of underlying clients, using a number of strategies to maximise returns. After leaving the investment Group, he joined Schneider Trading where he worked in the derivatives market, trading Bond and Short Term Interest Rate Futures, as well as a number of Commodity Futures and single stock options.
Lewis has been with Cornhill for over 3 years, working with clients to boost portfolio growth using a number of cash equity and derivative strategies. Lewis has a number of years’ experience working with clients in portfolio construction using cash equities, bonds, investment trusts and derivatives to boost returns for clients.

Callum started his career in 2005 with an AR of city based SP Angel. As a qualified, experienced professional he has extensive expertise in raising equity finance for SME’s in various areas of private equity, pre-ipo and publicly listed companies. He has an impressive record of building and managing teams of investment brokers to satisfy private investor requirements. He has built and maintained both private and corporate relationships in order to ensure an educated, informed and appropriate investment decision can be made. Through his wide-range of investment experience he has also had a considerable amount of exposure to various tax incentivised investments such as the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) and the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS). After graduating university with a 2:1 in Economics, Oliver joined City One Securities, an FCA regulated corporate finance house in the city. Focusing primarily on private equity Oliver built and successfully maintained a client base consisting of High Net Worth and Sophisticated Investors.
Oliver then made the move to join Sentient Capital Ltd where he added to his client base and gained further experience in the private equity sector. Specialising in tax incentivised investments Oliver has extensive knowledge and experience in the Enterprise Investment Scheme.
He was then headhunted by Callum Hill to take a lead role in building the equity trading desk at Cornhill Capital where Oliver's main responsibility is the day to day management of private client portfolios and order taking.
Oliver continues to develop his understanding of the market and is a registered CF30 with the FCA.
Firas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Economics from the University of Westminster, London.
Having travelled around for most of his life, he speaks English, Italian and Arabic fluently.
After having attended various internships in capital markets, namely Bank Audi (largest bank in Lebanon), he was appointed as a financial sales executive for Cornhill Capital in 2015.
Firas has access to prominent figures in the MENA region with expertise in several industries, ranging from oil and gas to real estate and financing.
Firas is also responsible for generating sales for listed companies, and executing orders in the market on behalf of the firm.
Prior to joining Cornhill Capital, Malik started his career as an investment analyst for Dar Capital (known as Tejera Capital) a shari’ah compliant investment bank in London. He assisted in various projects in sectors such as Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Utilities. His work mainly covered geographical areas such as the Middle East and the North Africa (MENA), providing in depth research in order to provide recommendations to fund managers.
Malik holds a B.A. in International Business from Brunel University, London and an MSc in Banking & Finance from Kingston University in London.
In 2015, Malik was appointed as a business developer at Cornhill Capital. He is responsible for networking and facilitating bespoke investments for HNWIs in various industries, whether in the private sector, or in public companies.
